Q: Can I run Pick[+] client on another PC?

Yes, Pick[+] uses a client ↔ server architecture. Check Software Installation.

  • The Engine (Server) runs on the Server PC (pre-installed). It performs model training, inference and robot communication.
  • The Interface (Client) is the UI you run to configure, train and monitor Pick[+]. You may run the client on the Server PC (standalone) or on an external PC (external client mode).

Q: How do I collect logs for support?

Use the log export features, then attach the file to a support ticket.

In the Homepage, go to Settings Manager and click Donwload server logs and Download execution report (if necessary).
